Thank you for choosing DeepSoulStones. This Shipping Policy outlines our core terms for international orders, including order processing, shipping, customs, and after-sales support for lost/damaged items. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Order Processing Time
- All paid orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends).
2. Worldwide Shipping Coverage
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Eligibility is verified at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeline
- Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination, order total and package weight.
- Standard international delivery: 10–25 business days (varies by location and customs; not guaranteed).
- A tracking number will be sent via email after shipment. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Our prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees.
- Buyers are responsible for all local customs-related costs.
- We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or under-declare values (per international regulations).
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
5.1 Damaged Crystal Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your crystal tree is damaged.
- Provide clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging and damaged item.
- We will offer replacement, partial or full refund at our discretion.
5.2 Lost or Missing Packages
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact local post first, then notify us within 7 days.
- No tracking updates for 30+ days: We will reship or refund (excludes customs delays).

6. Non-Shipable Areas
We currently do not ship to: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine; PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
