Yes! All our crystal trees are hand-inlaid with natural crystal chips or clusters, with trunks wrapped in anti-oxidation metal wires and bases crafted from natural stone, resin, or wood— each one is a unique handcrafted piece. Minor variations in natural crystal texture and color are normal and not considered quality defects.
Yes, each crystal tree is tailored to feng shui and crystal healing needs: Citrine Tree (attracts wealth and boosts career success), Rose Quartz Tree (draws love and eases emotions), Amethyst Tree (calms the mind and enhances focus), 7 Chakra Crystal Tree (balances overall energy), and Green Aventurine Tree (promotes health and attracts helpful connections).
No special maintenance is required. Simply follow these tips: avoid direct sunlight and humid environments; wipe dust with a soft dry cloth (do not wash with water or use cleaning agents); purify once or twice a month; hold the base when moving to avoid pulling or bending the branches.
Due to the natural properties of crystals and handcrafting, every crystal tree is one-of-a-kind. Minor differences from the sample image are normal and do not affect quality—we ensure consistent craftsmanship and appearance for all our products.

Order

1. Add your desired product to the cart; 2. Review your cart and proceed to checkout; 3. Fill in your shipping details and select a payment method; 4. Submit your order and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successful.
You may contact us to modify your order (please include your order number and desired changes) within 3 hours of submission. Once the order enters the preparation or shipping stage (after 3 hours), modifications cannot be made. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number after payment. Once your order ships, we will send a notification with a tracking number. You can check your order status via the store’s "My Account" or the logistics carrier’s official website using the tracking number.
Unshipped orders can be canceled by contacting us, and refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Shipped orders cannot be canceled, but you may apply for a refund in accordance with our return policy after receiving the product.

Logistics and Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding remote areas). Standard shipping times: 7-15 business days for the US and Canada (3-7 business days for expedited shipping), 10-20 business days for Europe, 7- 12 business days for Asia, and 15-30 business days for other regions. Shipping may be delayed during holidays or due to customs clearance.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping region and product weight, and will be displayed automatically at checkout. Free global standard shipping is available for orders over a specified amount—details will be posted on the store’s homepage during the promotion.
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the damaged product and the shipping label. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Yes, any customs duties or taxes incurred for international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs policies in advance to avoid delays or additional costs.

Return and After-sales

Yes, we accept returns and refunds within 30 days of receipt. Products may be returned if they are undamaged and in resalable condition. For quality-related issues, returns are free of charge, and we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.

Returns and refunds are not accepted for: manually damaged products, natural crystal variations, orders returned after the 30-day period, or products with damaged packaging/missing accessories that affect resale.
